About Me

I’m Zayn “Abedin” Khan, and I’ve been coaching and personal training for over a decade. After graduating from Oregon State with a BS in Kinesiology, I coached and trained at all levels. Whether you want to find gains for your sport, or more confidence in your body, I have the experience and knowledge to help you achieve your goals.

Having worked at ECNL, D3, and D1 collegiate levels, I know what players need in different stages of development. Whether increasing technical competency, developing physical literacy, or improving athleticism and explosiveness,  I’ll help you rise above the competition.
