Who is Abedin Fitness?

Zayn “Abedin” Khan has been coaching and personal training since for over a decade. After graduating from Oregon State with a BS in Kinesiology, he has coached and trained all levels. Whether you want to find marginal gains for your sport, or more confidence in your body, Zayn has the experience and knowledge to help you.

My methodology and exercise selection will have you feeling back to your best. Turning old aches and worries into strength and stability to do the activities you love.

My training is designed to build a resilient foundation while maximizing power, speed and explosiveness.

Soccer Training

Having worked at the ECNL, D3 and D1 collegiate soccer levels. I can help build and fine tune your technique to stand out in the highest competition.
